Bill Munze is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. He helps people of all ages to cope with the challenges they face in work, school, and everyday life. He devotes a portion of his practice to helping young adults, college and university undergraduate and graduate students.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where he majored in Psychology and developed his interest in helping others. He went on to receive a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Bill incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy into his practice. In addition, Bill is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and he has seen dramatic results from its use, helping clients to overcome longstanding problems much more rapidly than with traditional therapeutic techniques.
